By Booking & Dining at Argianos restaurant, all guests agree to the following:
Argianos ownership reserves the right of admission.
Any illegal activity in Argianos is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
Guest understands and agrees to comply with all the applicable laws and mandates (including wearing a mask, as required).
Argianos is committed to a safe dining experience. All guests agree NOT TO HOLD Argianos responsible for any unfortunate illness, incidence, or accident while at Argianos.
Guests required to provide a credit card for booking confirmation are subject to the following cancellation policy:

- Guest can cancel the reservation any time prior to 48 hours of the actual reservation WITHOUT any cancellation charges.

- Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the actual booking or ‘no shows’ are subject to a cancellation charge of $35 per person.

- Cancellation charges once processed can be used as ‘credit’ within the next 5 days towards takeout orders from Argianos.
